Chef-Owner Keirin Buck and Assistant General Manager Jos Kjer (who spearheads the bar’s wine programme) bring Le Bon Funk to Holland Village (2023) as a day-to-night, laidback concept. Here, it boasts an outdoor terrace while continuing to deliver fantastic food and still a sensational and extensive wine list.
