Voucher Terms & Conditions

The Lo & Behold Group — $50 Gift Vouchers

These vouchers may be used at OverEasy, Tanjong Beach Club, The Coconut Club and Fico for dine-in, or takeaway ordered directly with the restaurant.

Please present the physical voucher(s) to redeem it. This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and is redeemable for payment made in a single receipt only, any unused value will be forfeited. This voucher is redeemable for food and beverage only, and is not valid for purchase of merchandise. Voucher is valid for 6 months from date of issue. Any extensions entertained must be authorised and endorsed by the management. No claims will be entertained for any voucher lost, torn, defaced or damaged.

The Warehouse Hotel — $100 Gift Vouchers

All vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue.

Vouchers can be used for room bookings and F&B within the hotel at Po Restaurant & The Warehouse Hotel Bar. Vouchers cannot be used to offset events payment. Vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange.

Reservations are subject to availability and must be made prior. Please call The Warehouse Hotel at +65 6828 0000 or email reservations@thewarehousehotel.com to make a reservation.

Vouchers must be presented by the bearer on arrival/departure and must be stated during booking process. Vouchers can only be used for a single transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited. Blackout dates apply.

FAQ

How will the voucher be sent to me?

Vouchers are posted to an address of your choice, via normal mail. It will take up to 7 working days to arrive.

Please note that The Lo & Behold Group is not liable for undelivered mail.

Can I purchase vouchers as gifts for others?

Absolutely. Delight your favourite people with the gift of a future dining experience at a venue of their choosing. Simply put in the recipient’s address for the physical voucher(s) to be mailed directly to them.

Can I purchase vouchers if I am located outside of Singapore?

Unfortunately, international delivery is unavailable at the moment.
